about me
a remedial, sports and deep tissue massage therapist, i take a holistic and intuitive approach to every treatment.
with a background as a professional dancer and circus artist i am familiar with both the rewards and challenges of working intensively with the body. massage and bodywork have been an important part of my wellbeing as a
physical performer, helping me through periods of injury, stress and fatigue.

my fascination with anatomy and bodywork was sparked during experiential and embodied anatomy classes at laban during my dance training. in search of a healthier approach to the body and movement i have continued with somatic and embodied practices for the past 15 years. i qualified in remedial and sports massage in 2018 at bristol college of massage and bodywork, and have since worked as a holistic massage therapist at clifton lido and spa for a year, and as a sports massage therapist at the toll house clinic.

i have always loved working with movement and had a fascination with the imprint of our stories and experiences
in the cells and responses of our bodies. my practice is lgbtq+ friendly, and i aim to make treatments accessible to all.

i am a fully insured therapist and a member of the massage training Institute. i hold a level 5 diploma in remedial and sports massage, a certificate in pregnancy massage and am a student of body-mind centering® with embody move uk.
